Thanks guyz you are nice 2 me. Yeah so this was quite a bit more difficult to make but I didn't feel like keeping the city the shape of Manhattan.

The red dot represents your car, I guess. You can press up to go to the next intersection and it would read something like Mifflin St. and Smirnoff Rd. One way to look at it is like that game where you have to crash cars in Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantsbestgameever. So you would be in a bar or something and the guy would be like "yarsj;dflksjd check out Fur and Yiff there's was a ghost sighting there!" and you would have to look at a map for Fur Blvd. and Yiff Ct. and drive to it, then press space or something to get off. The great thing is I get to arbitrarily name all of these streets and I would certainly be open to suggestions.

I'm not really looking forward to programming it, but fortunately I can steal a lot of code from Ecco the Dolphin. I just have to make it so you can exit a board one way and enter another.

So far all I have are the few prototype boards that I posted 8(, plus some artwork from old games I can recycle.

You know, for a second I thought that looked more like if you stand right next to the bottom of a skyscraper and look up. It's perspective, but with only the lights to hint at shapes and stuff, it looked like you were seeing the wall of a high-rise building as you're looking at the sky. Which was an awesome effect.

Now I know it's actually a Ghostbusters-like city map effect (only more 3D) and that's awesome too.

Thanks, Milamber. It goes appreciated, though I thought "Too Cool For a Title Screen" preview was my favourite one. Or another one, but that one I liked a lot. I still occasionally suggest to danny (functionlessart) to finish it.
