Story of Thor - A Successor of The Light
It had a poor story and not a single character with a personality, but I loved it's graphics, it's music, it's reasonably poor quality sounds, and mostly how simple it was to beat up groups and huge foes and it looked like you were the business.

if you want to play some real console games play the games that run in the dos window (the console window)
and i don't mean roguelikes, everyone likes roguelikes
i'm talking dark woods and dark woods 2, and other stuff like that
but if i had to pick non-dos console games i'd totally go with:
kirby's adventure (nes)
just breed (nes)
the legend of zelda (nes)
final fantasy I-III (nes)
dragon warrior (nes)
OH YEAH AND STREETS OF RAGE FOR GENESIS. THAT GAME ruled.

I'd like to say that the only reason I play Animal Crossing AT ALL is because I have obtained PUNCH-OUT, which happens to be one of the greatest games of all time.

I like the first Contra on NES better because it looks football-themed if you use your imagination. The regular enemies appear to be wearing football uniforms, the power-ups fly by in giant footballs... It's just so OBVIOUSLY football, I tell you.

You are so 100% correct on this one, Ryan. It didn't, however, require much imagination. it just looked like football.
