But I thought you were a quitter! :agh:

I will also participate, depending on when it is.

I have a feeling I'll be quite busy that weekend, but I'll be busy most weekends this term due to trying to raise money to go to Brazil.

I was originally thinking May 5-8, but if enough people complain, I have no objections with moving it forward/backward.

If these dates don't work out for you and if you really want to compete, please give a nearby weekend that would suit you better.

Finally, there is no "waiting list" for judges; the final selection will be based on qualification, not on the order in which people asked to be judges.

I might have some finals on those days; the weekend after might be a good time.

I have full-time, and I've been told that the computer is making all the schedules. Intervention might be futile.

May 5-8 works fine for me, but I'm willing to do May 12-15 for Ando if nobody else minds those dates.

If I get the judging position, I can judge whatever date and it really doesn't matter.

If I don't, then either I'll submit something or I won't, depending on if I'm busy weaving or not. There's really no way to predict how that's going to go, but there's no particular reason one week would work any better or worse than other.

So in other words, you kids go ahead and do whatever and I'll adapt!

For me, 8th-12th is Finals Week; I'd participate since having the competition right after finals is infinitely better than right before even though I'll be moving back from Fargo to Devils Lake on the 12th, but then there's the problem of my parents no longer having internet. Participating despite such an impossible disadvantage actually sounds like fun though, so I'm going to try anyway, unless I get distracted by something shiny and forget where I am for a couple of weeks.

So put me down as a 'maybe' I guess.

I'll go ahead and move the contest to May 12-15, unless Zandor 12 (or anyone else) has a better date in mind.
