No, they were all like "Whoa, cool! Only cool rich people can afford to use these! They let you have VIDEOS in your COMPUTER GAMES!"

Yeah, FMV was all the rage, man. You can take a shitty game and make it sell if you put a few FMVs in it. For instance, the shooting game Mad Dog McCree was REALLY shitty but, holy shit, it had FMVs! AND THE CHARACTERS TALKED TO YOU! AND THE GUNS WENT BANG BANG! It was amazing...in a shitty kind of way.

Oh, here's an article about my first ZZT computer. It's really weird reading about that ol' thing today:

We got the computer and a bunch of CD things for it (including the shareware CD that I found ZZT on) in December 1992. I got the old 8088.

I found that game a while ago when I was going through my next door neighbour's stuff. I was like, whoa, this game is old but it has movies! Then I jerked off to a picture of Clecky's head photoshopped onto some guy's body! Neato!

Hi I've been here before like last year but I didn't really like this forum because everyone always goes off topic. But what the hell I'll try to be here becasue there's like no other ZZT forum, and randomness never hurt anyone, that mattered.

No... I saw a cartoon about MC Hammer as a superhero, though. And I also saw a show where Ringo Starr was a really tiny magical train conductor who told stories, but he got replaced by George Carlin.
