No, I meant "standard" more as in "classic", ie not a BKZZT or a WOZZT or a NANOZZT or what have you. Banning external editors is pointless.

Actually, pick whatever time. I might not be able to join, if this weekend gets any busier for me. I'm just saying that I definately won't be there for the whole thing if it goes past 22:00 EST on sunday.

I don't think it's possible to have everyone present for the whole thing, seeing as Nupanick prefers (preferred?) Friday-Saturday and Commodore preferred Sunday. The best time in my opinion would be to bridge Saturday and Sunday -- noon to noon EST (19:00 GMT), perhaps?

Other options (I feel bad about springing these at/near the last minute, but I'll gladly do them if everyone would prefer it): (1) We could put this off a week (if this weekend is too busy for most people). (2) Hold a 48HoZZT or a WoZ and expect that most participants won't have much more than a day to work on their game, due to schedule conflicts. Neither one greatly appeals to me, but I'm open to all input.

So... any complaints with 19:00 GMT?

I'd like to host a FSZC.

Final Selection Zzt Contest.

A week of making ZZT games.
Who doesn't make one is banned from Z2. :)

I say next week. We can maybe drum up more interest. maybe not. though 19:00 sounds fine to me.

19:00 sounds good to me, too! I might not have that long to work on it, but I'll give it a shot. a 48 Hour would be okay, but I 'm not sure it's necessary here.

I decided to do this next week, if it won't disappoint anyone.

Nupanick, would holding it an hour or two earlier help (and does this affect anyone else negatively)?

I'll be more then happy to host it, only one problem... No site of my own. I'll put one together though, on freewebs probably.

Anyways, let me know if I can do this.

that'd be okay, I still think think that 19:00 should be okay with me. No need to move it back, I'd just like to not have to stay up late to find out what the theme is.

I'll be posting it at 5:15 PM tonight. You'll have till 5:15 PM tomorrow to send me a game with the following topic, pumpkins.
The rules are simple, you may use external editors. If you don't have one, try ZZTAE or Kevedit. I personally prefer kevedit.

You make also contact me via email: mattball009@hotmail.com

Anything is exceptable aslong as it's actually what we call a game in todays society and not some magazine or something. Also, you may do nano games, games will be judged by quality, not by length. One entree per person please.

Now go my children, concoct your pumpkin potions.

Out of curiosity, what time zones are you guys in? Nupanick is in UTC-5, and I'm pretty sure Pancake's in UTC-5 and asiekierka's in UTC+1.
