The joke topic won't be community-based.
And my logic was that trying to eliminate junk entries altogether would be almost impossible, but I can at least make rules to limit the urge (such as not taking submissions right away and encouraging real entries through the allowing of more than one entry,) and then not score or include or release or otherwise touch any of the junk entries people make anyway.
