i did the exact same thing when i was a newbie
i made a "MONTH OF ZZT" contest on one of the boards on zzt.org or it might have even been the fucking surfsolutions zzt archive, or the ZZTERS ANONYMOUS boards or something, jesus christ i've been around for too long
of course mine was mostly a joke
the thread said "HOLY SHIT! IT'S A WHOLE FUCKING MONTH!" and proceeded to say that anyone can submit a game to me after a month and i probably wouldn't judge it anyway
so in conclusion i'm 100 times cooler than fag of the pika will ever be
ever
plus this contest is totally gay

The only thing that I don't like about the contest is it's topics and how one has to use them. That's pretty much the sole cause of it's faggotry.

actually, this sounds like a good contest... with the ability to finish it off whenever you like... no real crazy rules.. and I think that whole playable/nonplayable thing is just so you don't send a world infested with 150k worth of toolkits.
