Autism is a slang word which refers to the use of "Autis", the dried leaves and flowers of the Mexican Autis plant. This is generally smoked in the freebase form, and effects include increased energy and sexuality, euphoria, and temporary paralysis in the entire body for 6-12 hours. When one becomes addicted to this substance they are autistic, much in the same way a cocaine user might become a "cokehead".

It's nasty stuff though IMNSHO! I'm glad I don't do drugs!
