It's what the Maximum Tomato was mistranslated to in the manual to Kirby's Dream Land. See, on the Game Boy, there's no red color to tip off the manual writers, so I guess they just said, "Hmm, it looks like a bag, and it's got an M on it, so... Maybe it's a BAG full of Magical food! Kirby likes food!" Personally, I think the original sprite looks more like a ladybug than either a bag or a tomato, so I probably would have mistranslated it as something like "The Mighty Ladybug of HP Restoration". I also heard that the "Mint Leaf" item is actually a sweet potato. Huh.

But then Super Smash Brothers goes and uses terms like "Maxim Tomato" and "Whisper Woods"...
