It was only yesterday that I had entered the "ZZT Community" I was looking for live help for ZZT and found out that the "ZZT Community" had nothing to do with ZZT anymore. I was going to leave, when I was charmed by the completely shocking and humorous antics that I found in the #RAWR chat room. Had it been my choice, I would have liked to stay and get some more laughs. I certainly have been educated in matters that perhaps in hindsight I really would have preferred to be completely ignorant. It however was not my choice, it seems that my IP is banned. My IP during the daytime is actually from the University of Florida Wireless network, a network available to all students enrolled in UF. It seems the only reason I was able to get on last night was because I had signed on from my dormitory using a 56K modem with AOL. I felt quite welcome in the room last night, but apparently today my presence is abhorred. Though I know you guys have some strange customs that you like to perform on newbies to your chat. A kill on sight ban on me does seem a bit harsh. Especially when I practically had to beg to figure out what was going on after being ignored on IRC. Perhaps you guys were only having fun, but I still am hurt by the fact that I should have to be put through something like this. As a newcomer, I am completely ignorant of all your traditions and such, and if I wasn't completely understanding everything I apologize. However, I cannot only be involved in half the community (the forums) while having to be excluded from the other half (IRC). It's all or nothing for me and you guys have made your choice. Thus I abstain from all "ZZT Community" activities.
