KevEdit is a bit overkill, in my opinion. It would only take a moment or two to add shading by hand.

Of course, I rarely use external editors, so doing this stuff by hand is what I'm used to.

It took fifteen minutes to make that one picture? Also who cares about the graphics just try making it entertaining somehow.

Well I'm kind of a slow artist. It's not I can't produce okay art, it's just that I don't really have any innate skill or training in it.

The only thing that I'm half-decent with is coloring.
