I always used to pronounce it zenn ith nay dur, but once I started hearing the words aloud, I forced myself to pronounce it zeen ith nay dear. Zenith, your guide is not helping me at all. Just what the fuck does : sound like?

Yeah, shouldn't the emphasis be on the ZEE in "ZEE-nith NAY-der"?

":" means "extended vowel sound"

so "i:" would be "ee"

i'm sorry i'm too cool for you plebians

and my way of pronouncing it is RIGHT, it's just you stupid americans who pronounce "zenith" with a long e for some reason

How about this one?

Sailor Moon (say-lor moon) prop. n. Female teenage main character of a popular Japanese anime. She is immortalised by Raichu's 'Sailor Moon Destroyer' games, as well as Scorch's (q.v.) ill-fated attempts at an RPG roleplaying thread on Z2, in the common quote, " ... and then Sailor Moon appeared." See also: 'zamros', 'Scorch'.

I'd hate to be called Tomas Ayeto in amercia, Tom Ayeto? Jezus, British pronouns suck ass? At least they don't sound like someone just decided to pronounce it the way it's spelt, and makes it sound dumb.
