Wun way to prevent it from being to big is you hav to enter the height and width on the profile page, and the img tag has those numbers on the tag so it will not display biger then that

Wouldn't that cause it to still have the file size and have to be resized by your browser every time it loads it? I dunno, I think it's better to just resize it yourself and upload the resized picture.
