I sucessfully hacked apart my wasteland world map engine and added random encounters.
Because I'm limited in my passages, it will only be able to link to one fight board and thus there is a limit on the different types of enemies you can face on the world map.
It would get annoying to fight a bunch of weak enemies when you're really powerful so i'm going to add a item that stops random encounters for a period of time. Still, at least the fights in caves and stuff will be different.
The battle engine itself is begining to take greater shape, with the mechinism to determine whose turn it is working near perfection and some nifty sword swinging animations.

kevedit is crashing at an amazing rate forcing me to continually backup. I've been using the internal editor for code (the majority of the work), but still find kevedit's stat editing is required to make everything tick along nicely. (I've discovered even if it is the first line something can interupt the #cycle 1 command so setting that in the editor is essential)
