Do the problems with the current forums call for another forum system?

I've had just two problems: When I log in, I get a "This page cannot be found" message. I can click Back, click on Forums, and be logged in, however. And when I click that piece-of-paper icon that's supposed to take me to the posts in a topic I haven't looked at yet, it also takes me to a "This page cannot be found". But they're small problems, and I don't know if we need yet another forum purge so soon...

Well, it works now again, although an error as consequent as this doesn't resolve suddenly. Perhaps someone got to it before you. I might have been wrong though. It fitted just perfectly.

You still want to get rid of it?

I noticed that the thread choosing pictures (for me, it's a blue circle, red circle, or gray circle) was an x, it reapeared after I did showpicture

I'm on a few invision boards, and I can agree that they are good, but sometimes annoying

It's easy to say YES LETS HAVE NEW FORUMS I HAVEN'T HEARD OF ANY PROBLEMS BUT WHY NOT

But hey, it's a pain to KEEP EVERYTHING when you move. A big one. And also, the current forum system seems to work OK; sometimes someone breaks the php files and craNK fixes them, but really, I doubt another forum system would make that any better.

Let's make more forum themes. That would make everyone happy!

Well since this current forum is relatively small now, could we make a backup and sample another forum system for about a month. If the new forums are less of a hassle, we keep them, if not we can restore the backup.

That was pretty much my plan. But we'll wait for more responses before we do anything REALLY REAL, I suppose.

Hmm. Does everyone else find that to be true? We might not need new forums, if so.
