Taken from ZZTWeb itself:

"ZZTWeb is a new utility designed to revolutionize the ZZT Help file by expanding it and organizing it to the point that it is an intranet for ZZTers."

Basically, it looks like an improved version of the documentation that ships with ZZT. I don't know how to install it in ZZTAE, but it has the same format as the built-in ZZT help file, and I would assume that you would just copy the ZZTWeb files into the ZZTAE folder. I think I remember there being a "Help" button in ZZTAE; it might be used for opening .HLP files, but I haven't used it and wouldn't know.

I just realized that I was misspelling "Aplsos." Sorry once again.

I think ZZTWeb was a neat idea, and I think it's a shame it never got off the ground. I even started my own page for it.
