uh two synthesizers, a yamaha mixer, a sennheiser microphone, multiple drum sequencers (such as hydrogen which is a free sequencer for linux), and buzz which can be found at http://www.buzzmachines.com.

edit: for clarification I do all of these things and then mix the tracks down in buzz, then I do my final alterations in either Audacity or Cool Edit Pro, whichever one is handy on the computer I'm working on usually.

I recently registered with twitter just to see what all the hype was about. I was expecting a type of social networking system like myspace or facebook. But its only like... the status bar from both... :(
