Last night on an old CD disk I found some of my ZZT projects dating back from about late 2001-early 2002 (I thought they were long gone!). It was a fairly interesting experience because I had largely forgotten about what I had done during that time period. My feelings upon the discovery of these games were mostly those of embarrassment, although I did find some things that I was sort of impressed with/liked. I'll show you pictures from two of the old projects.
THE ENFORCERS OF INGSOC
1984
Yep, there they are. I was pretty obsessed with 1984 during my late teens, as these pictures reveal. I'm really only bothering to show you the boards that I liked; most of the others were/are crap. It's really funny to see how hugely your talents and styles change over the course of several years.
I might upload them all to z2 as an unfinished games collection. Yeah.
so i went through so long and thanks for all the dos
the following unreleased items were worth putting in my main zzt directory:
1. aura 2 title screen (which i appended to aura.zzt itself)
2. zbitmap file of furry dos screen captures, including madtom as ejaculating ferret and averyism avery (zbmp.zzt)
...that was it really
