now just triple the speed and make it an electric guitar instead of a brass section. and don't forget to growl.

please don't find me insensitive for this. it's just my opinion and you're free to agree or disagree as you wish. if this is the kind of thing you don't like to read, please don't read it.

let's say a man marries a woman and they decide to start a family. they make the commitment to stay with the family and raise the kids together until they're old enough to move out. now, the man decides when the kids are still young to go out and chase his profession of tightrope walking without a safety net. he knows that if he falls off of this rope, he dies, but at the same time he knows that's not going to happen because he's a professional.

so what happens? one day he falls off of the rope, and he dies. sure, he has entertained a lot of people, but what about his family? what about the two children that have to live the rest of their lives without their biological father? who is to blame for this tragedy?

the man, of course. but now there's nothing that can be done. he has walked his last tightrope and now his family will never see him again, ever. those who found him entertaining will miss him and forget him, but no one in the crowd actually loved this man. he was merely doing his job. but those who did love him will forever have an emptiness in their hearts that will never be filled.

for this reason, i don't feel sorry in the slightest for james brown. if he had simply stayed single, i would have honored his death. he'd have died a hero. committing to a family and pursuing soul music simply cannot mix, though. it doesn't matter how careful you are about it, if you gamble every day with whether or not your kids have a father and your wife has a husband (or husband has a wife) and you lose, don't expect me to cry at your grave.
he looked upon the world and saw it was still depraved :fvkk:

well it's not that I'm particularly sad, but it does sort of suck. I mean I know he wasn't really going to make another living in america, but shucks man.

C=, if you're responding to what Nadir said, I'm pretty sure he wasn't being serious.

I guess I could be wrong, though.
