If you were playing a game, saved your game, and now want to return to it, just start up ZZT, and where you usually press "W" to get a list of worlds, press "R" instead, and a list of saved game files will appear.
If you want to edit saved game files, change the file extension from .sav to .zzt. You still won't be able to edit the game in ZZT's built-in editor, but advanced editors like KevEdit will let you edit these files.
You need to be <s>special</s> a mod or admin to change your name, or have a mod or admin change your name for you. (Sometimes they'll do it without your knowledge! :D)

EDIT: Serious Question: How can i get so that when the main charcter walks all the way the the left of the screen and then presses left, and be
warped to another board? I seriously need to know this for a game im
working on.

in the editor hit H and you'll find a lot of this explained.
Although we're always willing to help if you get stuck, Dos speaks the truth. It's often faster to find the answer in the help file. For your particular problem, check what it says about the board information menu.
