CAPTCHAs, ZZT-style

Hi Y'all,
I was staying up way too late last night and I wondered about a new type of CAPTCHA that would require you to "play ZZT" to enter a code or otherwise perform a function that only a human could do.
This image is a possible "CAPTCHA" board. You would get a five-digit code flashed on the screen, and then you would need to enter the code by pressing the numbers in order.
An extremely trivial task...for a human being. Which is the idea. But for a bot, it would be a real challenge. It would mean not only touching the oddly-placed numbers, but also avoiding the bullets from the guns, and all within a time limit.
Maybe the idea won't amount to anything. I just thought it might be a useful way for forum and content contributors to prove they are human without the hassle of account registration.
