What is this? GCS?

Was reading some olde stuff, and came across this post by Quantum P., could someone explain what he's talking about? As in what's GCS stand for, and what's the specific "GCS" he's talking about?

GCS means Game Creation System.

I think that post was sarcasm. He was talking about x86 assembly language, which is about as low level as you can go before coding becomes unreasonably difficult. The foundation of today's most common desktop computer processors is the x86 instruction set.
