i actually tried making levels like that back in math class when i was bored
it didn't work out as well though, ended up making the same level every time for every tile of empty space that was walkable in that tiny screen. no scrolling effects.

it was more of a program to test movement

i think when you enter thru a passage from room a (blue) to room b, you will end up at a (blue) passage in room b else u end up at the starting position of that room. i think if u have multiple passages of the same color, ex. room a 3 passages (blue2b) (blue2c) (blue2d), when u come back to room a, ...
