Giel, that sounds Dutch. Anyway, welcome! ZZT isn't very much alive, but some people still release games (and some awe-inspiring coding) every now and then. ZZT is very accessible and direct, those are probably it's best assets for survival.

Good point. It may be more fun if it requires some tact. There are some hints to the winning strategy in the boards before the ambush without making it literal, but it could use a friendly reminder to save. There was something not quite right with the previous ambush scene, at least on my laptop. So...
