OK. You can't post an IRC Channel to everybody to connect, but you can post a program to connect.
The same is with an MP game.

How to make ASTown into MPASTown:

1. Download the latest version of Plastic.
2. Download the latest version of ASTown.
3. Edit ASTown in plastic, set main board to main#1, and delete cameos.
4. Save it!
5. host the ready game!
