My beat 'em up post is actually relevant now. I've got a few ideas for the story and events and got over the initial hump of creating the fighting engine, so I hope this goes somewhere.

Hope it helps.

Yeah, I agree, you seem 13-18 years old, and insecure, especially with the strikeout usage in the first post. Just accept that these forums are different and that you can't force your interests on a group of people who just don't give a hoot. Random advice inspired by Zandor being a nice guy.

I wish I still had a drive. Last two years I've just got stoned motivation and tried making things like a programmable robot and a combo fighting engine but they never worked out. The days of old school charm feel long gone and all that's left is pushing it to its final extremes. What do people even...

Damn, this made laugh. But yeah I was looking at the graphics files when I downloaded Tyger and thought that it was interesting, cause you could just edit the graphics files and it'd no longer have the ZZT feel. WAY BETTER THAN NINTENDO.

You should in the future allow numbers/variables to be added to the end of things.

#put w yellow solid 3
#shoot w 3

#set x=4
#put e white boulder x

Just random ideas.

I brought Freakazoid! up the other night to my friend online, and then proceeded to watch an episode as it seemed amusing stoned. Damn, the show has really good background music. I love that kinda stuff, like with what they do in Tom and Jerry. "Ahh, fuck it, we can throw in some little zingers...

You could also have an option for the weapons box to follow you around, haha. Either slow or right on your ass. Or you could get like a powerup that allows the weapon box to follow you around for a short time.

Let's co-op some Doom sometime. Anyway, yeah isn't that what Demonoid/Underground Gamer does? I have an account for both but don't know how the tracker thing works with members, if that's just restricting the torrent searching or the trackers themselves.

Yeah, those are actually bookmarked sites, nice spot. I was actually thinking of making a video for setting up WinUAE, an Amiga emulator. I just recently got into Amiga emulation and you do have to configure some things, but I've got the majority of the games I've downloaded working. If you need any...
