I bought this because you said to. It was the most I've ever paid for a comic book, but it was certainly worth it. I second the recommendation. I'm going to order the first one right now.

I've been trying to find some new (to me) comic books lately. After some research and asking for recommendations on the Internet (I don't know anyone in real life who likes comics other than maybe the spandex superhero kind, which I generally don't care for), I ended up ordering one called It's a Bi...

I wanted to post here again saying that the live VNV Nation show was very good, but I was scared because I got in trouble last time I posted in an old thread. I like the new album. Empires is still my favorite for sure, but I don't mind their change in style at all. When they performed Arena, Ronan ...

If you have a GameCube, try Eternal Darkness. It's heavily influenced by HP Lovecraft and a lot of fun. Not especially scary compared to some other games (see below), but it's definitely worth playing. I recommend letting your sanity run out and keeping it that way as much as possible. If you have a...

VNV Nation

Judging from the lyrics I've seen posted around here a few times, I think someone in these forums is a VNV Nation fan. Tickets are now available for their May/June tour in the US. (If you're in Europe you may be too late--they are halfway done with that part.) Sorry if those who might care already k...

This might be the poem you are looking for. It was posted in my guestbook in 2000 (both this link and the text of the poem):

I hadn't looked at the page since then, and it doesn't seem to have aged well.

Ikaruga is a great game, but pretty hard. I bought it while on a field trip in Canada a month ago, and I still can't get to Chapter 4. I am also stuck on that game, on the level after the one where everything spirals. R-Type Delta for PS1 is very good, too Don't you mean GS1 ? No, what I was really...

If you have a PS2, these are two excellent shooters:

R-Type Final (R-Type Delta for PS1 is very good, too)

Rez (impossible to find now, but if you ever get a chance to play it, nothing really compares)
