I've seen that if you destroy the sidebar a little and shoot into it, bullets will travel through and their image will wrap back to the left side. would it be possible to place objects in spots like x85,y12 and have the player be able to walk under their image?

tried it a few months ago, slowly drains the player's health and goes unresponsive until it hits 0

if you hit by a blinkwall, and there is a wall to the right, you get pushed onto the wall, but if you are blocked both on the east and west sides you die instantly

Why not just pick a few ZZT classics and remake them for Plastic executables? That way we could make a "sample package" of some of the best ZZT games, like some commercial games release sample levels to let people get a feel for the type of game. Hey, here's an idea: Make an entirely new game, inspired by ZZT and that entertains the same sort of person, but make it in Flash or Java so it can be embedded in a webpage. Then new users wouldn't have to mess with finding ZZT and a good game and possibly DosBox if they want to use a mac or linux ...
