Re: Fork help: Color coded Scroll text implementation
Re Multi-color lines: For line interpolation in Kunger Binb, I set up a parallel procedure to readLineToEnd called readLineToChar(char c), which will stop when it reaches the char in question. That would allow you to change colors partway through by interrupting with an otherwise unused char (I was...

Re: Another external editor: frezed
Can there enough for a Windows port of this after you are finished developing it? I do not have linux.
Also, Can you add support for:
CHR and PAL(Quantum P's TSR)/COM(Font Mania)/PLD(UPAL) Editing/Loading/Saving (can use SDL for this)
Blinking mode On/Off (BlinkX or Quantum P's TSR)

Re: re: run zzt without having to type 'kc' all the time
Is this what you are looking for? (requires NASM to create a DOS .COM file, Code is currently in Public Domain)
This is the one I thought Kev of Kevedit made, But since you said Quantum P. Made this, then so it will be!

Re: are the empties in ZZT char 32, rather than being char 0
Empty is Char 0x20 (32 in Decimal), along with internal default Color 0x70 (112 in Decimal), according to ZZT.EXE (v3.2)
(Ignore the BackGround color, as it is unused in empties in ZZT)

This time, Keystrokes for CTRL/SHIFT/ALT cannot be pressed along with the other (Letter, Numerical, etc.) keys because they create bad/invalid symbols every time... And yes, I've tried reinstalling Z...
